Hello, I was just wondering if anyone here knew of any pm's in canberra who offer one off services. We are after someone to just do a one off inspection on a property we self manage.
We have been trading in Canberra since March 2012, have around 70 Properties under management now and are happy to support Self Managers with things like inspections, tenant reference checks, open homes, inventory & condition reports etc.
