Accounting programme suitable for industrial factory units

Can anyone recommend an accounting software programme suitable for use with light industrial factory units. It needs to track each individual unit for floor space, monthly rental, lease due dates, expenses, outstanding rental per unit, etc. Ideally it needs to be able to print a rental statement each month for each factory unit. Also a forecasting ability would be great.

Have bought one programme but it is too slow in calculating and often gets tangled up. Its rental statement leaves alot to be desired.

MYOB does the job pretty well?

you should also be able to do the job with QuickBooks (Quicken); in most cases people find it easier to use compared to MYOB.
