with the small deposit i have some members have suggested outer adelaide suburbs could be worth looking at

I have a few down there and in Huntfield Heights.

Good yield but some housos.

And yes, very affordable. Lots have subdivision potential as there are large sections of medium density. There is a pdf map of these areas I was using.
