Affect on the Market after Change in development policy

This question relates to the Perth market, as from next Oct next year the WAPC is restricting minimum lot sizes from 900sqm to 1000sqm for duplex blocks meaning that in order to sub-divide to a duplex block now you need to have at least 900sqm but in Oct 2008 this will change to 1000sqm. What is everyones opinion on the Perth market after this change?

We also have the new release SEQ scheme on urban/regional plan and management.

I suggest that you check Western australia's release articles about it. Their is a leeway that you can still do it. But after that, you can't do anything.

If I'm correct, if you put your application before the indicated deadline, even your application to subdivide is not complete, just submit an application, you should be fine!
