Today the AGSM has offered a new course in Real Estate Investment and Financing Decisions for session 2 for full-time and MBA exec students who meet the criteria - must have done Corporate Finance and only 1 elective. It's a 6 week course as it is being conducted with the full-time MBA, only being offered at Kensington NSW campus.
I'll be applying for it - as there will be group work involved, I was wondering if any other Somersoft forumites are doing the AGSM MBA and will be doing the course next session. If you are, let me know via PM or this thread, it would be great to have a workgroup who are committed, knowledgable and heading in the same direction.
