Albury, Ballarat , Geelong, Rockhampton

We are looking at purchasing an investment property in either Albury/Wodonga, Ballarat, Geelong or Rockhampton. We have pretty much narrowed it down to Albury/Wodonga or Rockhampton as the rental yields are much stronger here. However, I just wanted to see what everyones thoughts were? We have up to $250 000 for a purchase price.

There is a Rockhampton thread that's pretty up to date floating around. It gives a good insight (though for me a little bit too optimistic) into what's going on with Rockie.
