Thanks Jason,

Not so much these days. I really lucked-out with the share market and the GFC. I sold down a lot of shares taking profits just a few weeks pre-GFC. (not because I could sense the GFC coming - just because I was ca$hing in).

I then created a list of my next "buys". But the Buyers Agency got super-busy and I just did not have time to get around to buying a bunch of shares on my list, which included quite a few that subsequently turned out to be "duds" ala ABC Learning and others. Very happy about that with the benefit of hind-sight.

Great interview, really enjoyed the read.

You definitely lucked out with selling shares pre GFC!

I remember my luckiest was selling Babcock and Brown around 3 days before they went into a trading halt and basically administration!

I do remember ABC Learning and Centro. But hind-sight is always 20-20!
