Ouch - what a tangled web she weaved.
I must say - if all her projects were measured properly (ie she paid bills and loans/interest!) she probably made no profit at all and was hardly a successful developer.

Shows the danger of non-diversification and investing all money, especially borrowed money into one high risk project. Should you really be risking what you cannot afford to lose? When you lose other people's money, they will do what it takes to get it back.
