I bought a house in Wellington, NSW (near Mudgee) two years ago. I have the greatest difficulty finding someone who is prepared to re-stump the house. Have nagged a builder in Dubbo for two years now, with no result. Other people I have contacted aren't interested in work. My flatmate owns a house in the same town and has given up finding anyone (in such a region of unemployment!) to work on his house and is now prpeared to accept it falling to bits. I am not ready to accept that as yet. Anyone here with the same problem? Or anyone know of someone who wants work in Wellington?
