Anyone other than CHU for Community Corporation Insurance?

Google is not being very helpful right now.....seems like CHU is the only underwriter for community/strata corporation insurance...surely that can't be so???

Anyone know of anyone else that offers this type of insurance?

We've used WFI for building insurance also

Just called WFI and they don't offer community title insurance anymore

There are not a lot of Insurer's in this space at the moment, particularly in certain areas, but there are other options. One of our guys specialises in this area so I can pass on a number for you to speak to him if you wish and he can have a look at the options for you.
