Anyone used Veroy here to do the PM?

I am new here and find this forum to be very interesting. I have a property which I want to develop and considering about the time I can invest in. I intend to use a PM.

Veroy is the company I had contacted with. Any one had experience with them before? Comments would be greatly appreciated.
