Has anyone applied for a power dome themselves? If so, what did you put in the 'contractor' details. Did you put your builders details?

I put nothing, They will orginise someone to install it once you have paid.

Ended up getting the quote. It was close to $8k

Another question, for those that are building triplexes, or have done so in the past. Did you get 3 temporary meters installed? Surely they can run the power off one meter during construction?

I ask, as Western Power charges $340 to remove each meter, and I'd prefer we not have 3 meters on the property that need removing!
