this may catch someones eye..reasonable rental property, not my cup of tea but if your just chasing a return from a cash investment it maybe right up your alley as a long termer:

i didnt call the agent so unsure if the lease will be renewed at that price...sounds expensive to me.

due diligence a must i guess with any property.

i think if your just chasing a good yield this maybe ok if the buy price is keen.

yep i think your dead right actually although the place is a few years old now so im not 100% certain about it..

4 bedder lowset bricks are renting for 450 bucks here, unfurnished...........maybe the fully furnished is currently working for the owner a little.........

be a snap @300k...id grab it myself and then forget about it if someone offered me 450 wk rent..
