saw a nice property, good price, size and location. i think its a 1950's fibro house fully renovated but i assume it has asbestos.
am not going to live in it and just going to buy and hold.
just want to know the following:
1. is it more costly to demolish a house with asbestos when the time comes to build a new house? by roughly how much more.
2. anything to be aware of when renting out the property (extra insurance or anything like that?)
