Asbestos fibro

We are looking at buying. One option we have seen is a dwelling made entirely of fibro asbestos sheeting/ cladding. There is already an 80cm hole and a 50cm crack from that hole.
What would we need to do to fix this? How would we fix it? Would it be costly and what does it say about long term maintenance of this property? Would the best thing to do be to remove the cladding entirely and replace it with hardiplank or weatherboard? That seems very expensive.

I had a fibro place's wall get damaged, had a guy out to replace full sheet, paint and dispose of old. Cost $370

Another option is to go directly over the old broken fibro with a new piece. Make it as large as the entire old sheet that way it won't look like a patch. Cheaper repair that way.

Maybe also look at the roof and what materials the roof is set with,if it's the old fibro super 66 sheets then that roof would be way past it's use by date,so add that replacement cost to your plans, the cost to fix and replace the 80cm hole would not be that high any good 1st class painter could patch that up and repaint the area,imho..
