What a coincidence!!

We have 2 posters, MrMako and Mujer,

who both have had bad experiences before,

who both want to get into property investment,

who both sing praises about AII being good, no pressure etc,

who both want to learn more,

who both have only posted in this thread and never bothered to ask any questions outside this thread.

Was going to post that I could smell a rat yesterday but decided against it. Now that it's a popular opinion then may as well echo the sentiment.
Seriously, to anyone looking at property through AII or anyone else, do your thorough research first. The facts never lie. Buying an apple for $1 that you can buy near by for 50c just doesn't make any sense. Your research will tell you that.

Tread carefully but make sure you put in the effort.
