I'm not sure if they're a lead generation group, an aggregator or are designed to advertise mortgage broking services to third parties such as accountants and financial planners. I suspect they're a bit of all three.

I do vaguely remember they called me years ago at which point I turned them down, but I don't remember the details.

It's fairly irrelevant to most consumers, the consumers concern should be around the individual they're dealing with. What is it you're actually looking for?

Not a lot wrong. They are just paying referral partners for leads. As mentioned above, it's who the consumer is dealing with that is the important thing. This is then the same issue as if the consumer chose Aussie, FAST, AFG etc . It the actual individual that is important.

In saying this, they only advertise a very limited selection of lenders on their site. Once would hope they had a few of the non majors there.
