On the other hand you should be pulling the trigger on your daughter for being such a loser.

well said!

couldnt have said it better,

cant give you kudos because its asking me to spread it around

if he was a true warrior, hed have no hesitation in shooting himself for raising such a dud daughter

you don't know the circumstances of the case, most likely a dealer repeat injecting against will to hook a new customer

The publicity surrounding these 2 men has been huge.

I wonder if it has made anyone reconsider drug smuggling in Indonesia now?

Let's hope it has.
It'd be ironic if publicity would make more diff than the 50 gabillion signs plastered all around the place warning of the death penalty.

hopefully this thread can be locked within 72 hours hey?
Nah; cause then we have to have a dissection and discussion about their families for the next 3 months every day - just like the media will be, as well as the family and friend interviews, adnauseum.

on the other hand if my daughter was a victim of the heroin they brought into the country, not only would i still say they deserve to die, but i'd also be happy to pull the trigger myself.

Your daughter wouldn't be a victim. She would have made her choice and rolled the dice........

so far the only person who comes across as a keyboard warrior in this thread is you

not really. there are plenty of examples of people getting hooked on drugs against their will.

also following your logic, these two scumbags rolled the dice. not sure why you lot are now campaigning to spare their lives.

U really think the majority of drug users start that way?

not uncommon from my understanding.... but no Sanj I won't provide you affadavits from the attorney general and graphs and research studies into the matter proving it. It doesn't matter anyway, if someone is stupid enough to do it they need to pay for it, they can't pay for it by legit means and the contagion is all down hill from there.

what's everyone's thoughts on the costs of this execution? Obviously the Indo govt is heavily out of pocket for this charade... should there be some form of compulsion upon the estate of the deceased and immediate family to contribute to some of the cost of their wrong doing? If they were convicted in Australia this would obviously be enforced under proceeds of crime legislation, not sure how the gap is bridged in an international situation? The estate of the deceased should be quite large given their previous activities?

Forcible injection, are you for real? That would be so rare it wouldn't even show up on any graphs you manage to provide.

well to be fair, australia didnt ask for the whole f1 jet and military escort stuff

has the same being done for the other prisoners???

what about the January executions?

frankly, its their laws, I think costs should be bore by them,

and have you seen the price increases on both the entry and exit taxes to bali!?!?! theyve gone up almost 100% in a few months

quite a significant chunk of people start using heroin after getting hooked up on prescription drugs that contain opiates, because it's much easier to get heroin compared to the prescriptions.
