Hotels are pretty tough, I'm doing one at present at around 60-65%, we could go to 70% but arent. Heaps of factors in it. Location, financial, full or low doc
But if its full doc, say <40 rooms, no Credit issues, late payments etc just a clean swap out of BW we had pricing for around mid 7's low 8's, also on I/O. From a mainstream lender as well.
