it pretty much says if you're looking to rent and you're not a white middle aged family aged 18-55, forget it.
it pretty much says that if you don't own in Perth by now, odds are you never will - or will have to sacrifice more to do so.
as usual, when things heat in in the east and get too hot, all eyes turn west - we could be on the cusp of a significant price/demand breakout.
rents are softer but still strong - still above historic averages.
