Cant help with builder but I have been buying Vanities,shower screens and wash tubs from this mob below, Great quality from China as most is these days
and great prices.
They don't list their prices on the website you have to email and quote what
your looking for and they will let you know.
Just bought a shower screen semi frameless $230 and Vanity $220 with legs and
double glass door , way cheaper shower screens and vanities look better than bunnings.
Their washtubs come with self adjusting legs which keep it off the ground and stop rust.
They are at Auburn but owners live at Castle Hill where I collect.
