Bathroom reseal

Hi all,
One of my IPs have vacated and I had some trouble while ago with shower leaking. However, doing some patch ups with silicon resolved it. Since it's vacated now, just thinking what the best option is. Shower is on a concrete with titles (even the floor). Has anyone done just reseal on the bathroom?

e.g. http://reseal.com.au/

The other option I'm considering is to re-do the whole bathroom (e.g new shower, re-tile the whole thing, new vanity, taps etc...). Quote for this was around 6K.

Also, thinking of giving an internal paint job (3.5K).

So, I'm leaning towards doing the full reno instead of patching up.

Any thoughts?

Also, I've bought this place 12 years ago and this is the only major renovation doing to it.

Thanks in advance

As a PM I would suggest you do the full bathroom reno if you are able. Often patch work doesn't last (as Miss Green Eyes has said) and as a PM, one of the worst calls I have to make is about an ongoing issue that the landlord thought had been patched up :).
