I don't agree, you can't build anymore and they are in hot demand. Sure there no yield but the double digit cg makes it not all bad plus your target market for selling has a virtual unlimited supply of cash.

Too true, but then it really depend on luck my friend. If you can secure a beach box from average mum and dad for a decent market price, and manage to sell it to a millionaire for his/her toy collection, then yes, the potential is endless.

However, you must admit, during the holding time, you would probably get very limited income from the property - unless you can rented it out to someone. I am not sure about the Beach Box rentals are like - surely a smaller market, so therefore more risk.
