Best landlord insurance provider for strata unit?

What's the best landlord insurance policy/provider for strata unit out there at the moment?

My agent try to sell me Terri Sheer, but I saw something negative in another thread about them.

Terri scheer has caps on its payouts, i think. And the caps are a bit lower than the other companies'.
And tenant must be on a lease.
Qbe and nrma pretty good i heard.
They say it's good to use the same company your strata uses, so in event of a claim the two companies don't blame each other, and no one ends up paying.
Not sure if allianz is as good as their ads claim.
Heard bad things about aami on this forum.
