Best Landlords Insurance???

For the sake of sharing info - I've only had one claim. It was with Allianz, everything seemed fine. Except for my lazy PM at the time didn't put in the claim for the $250 wired smoke alarm the tenant destroyed whilst trying to steal as she left... (must have thought it was a $10 battery one).

Am looking to review all insurances, or scrap altogether.

5 IPs, 10 years, 1 claim for a few hundred.

Have spent thousands on insurance though!

But David it's tax deductible - isn't it therefore a wise investment to protect you in case of an extremely rare but extremely expensive event?
