I remember a post here about some service where you have all your mail directed to, they scan the bills, u can get them to pay it, and they record the information for you

If you are referring to just your property expenses, then get your rates, body corporate etc paid by your PM?

My girlfriend has been using such a service for a few months now. All the bills go straight to them and they pay for it.
