Can someone enlighten me about Braybrook? I live in Sydney but I have heard that Braybrook opportunities are in looking for a house which faces the river, on a piece of land big enough to later subdivide and build a separate house?
Memory says its only about 8km west of Melbourne. Todate, I'm still looking for my first IP in Melbourne and the more I look the more I seem to buy in Sydney instead not that I dislike Melbourne. I cant seem to satisfy the criteria that I want. Nevertheless, I know it will come as long as I'm persistent. Melbourne can offer so much more value and less risk since prices are significantly lower for the same yield.
