Looking at purchasing land for another development and wondering what peoples thoughts are on these suburbs, all roughly 12-15km from the CBD??
Reason I am looking at these suburbs is that I have about $400k to spend on the land component and am looking at 600-700m2 at a minimum.
I am leaning towards Bridgeman Downs due to the higher median house price at present (Suites my development), but can secure cheaper land in Upper Kedron.
