Also have an I/P in Beenleigh (unit) and have had no problems with tenants or any problems renting it out.

Hello!

I have two places in that area. 1) Crestmead, bought for 230k I get 280 PW and 2) Woodridge, bought for 240k, get 240 PW.

Both I purchased a few months ago.

Woodridge, I think is a good suburb because there are alot of developments approved for the areas close to the train.

We ourselves are putting three units on the property we got in Woodridge.
 
I think you'd be pushing "newish" IP for that price, but perhaps an old do-upper you may snap up for that...
