Brisbane LMR 2&3 Storey Question
Hi,
Under the new Brisbane City Plan, there is a new LMR category called 2 or 3 storey.
Can anyone explain when you are allowed a 3 storey building (11.5m) under this category?
I had a read of the plan a few months ago, and this particular question I found quite confusing.
