LMR small lots Brisbane

Hi,

Under Brisbane's new city plan, I understand you can subdivide down to 260m2 or 180m2 in a LMR zone depending whether it's in a 2 or 3 storey location.

Could anyone please clarify if the residential small lot code applies to development in this case or is it the multiple dwelling code that applies. That is to determine the building envelope for setbacks etc.
