Can anyone recommend a good home builder who will build on sloping site and who does work in Ku-ring-gai Council area (Sydney North Shore)? Sloping sites (where they require more than a single step in a floor slab) tend to rule out a number of the project home type builders with generic floor plans. Obviously there are builders who can produce a top quality result, with prices that reflect, but i am interested in reasonable value for money. It is for a PPOR.
