Building and pest on new house

Just brought first investment property which is 2 years old, do i get a building and pest inspection done? have put it in offer but not sure if it is worth it

Tell the agent that your purchase is subject to satisfactory building and pest inspection and subject to finance as well..

Then contact your solicitor/conveyancer. If your offer is accepted, your conveyancer/solicitor will make sure these clauses are in the sales contract.

As long as they are in the contract, you have an "out" if you need/want it.
