My brother-in-law went to the conveyancer to try to sort out the selling property process and he was asked a no. of questions including three that he am not sure and understand of since he does not understand english very well

- Do you have a Survey Report for the property?
- Do you have a final occupation certificate for the property?
He is not sure what they exactly are and don't know whether he even have them. Is there a way where he can check it out whether he has those?
