I have Investment property house in Sydney. We bought is around 15 years ago. The house prices and without any issues duplex.
The duplex would be for investment only. The plan is to build the duplex and sell one and rent another. So I want to build decent house at low cost.
I have built one house using project builder. Our build cost could have been lower but build was on time and we did not have any issues

2 get project builder to build
