When I was looking for a development site there I contacted Tod, told him I was after a large development site, waited a couple of days then had him call me trying to sell me 2 bedroom apartments in a high rise, our correspondence stopped there.

I only know of Tod who is based in Darwin/NT. Can't speak from personal experience using his services as a buyer's agent, but in terms of communication I have always found him very responsive.

It was me that stopped the correspondence David as he started pushing two bedroom apartments in high rises when I'd requested unit development sites.
