Buyers Agent - NSW and SA

Hi Guys

I am looking for some recommendations for buyers agents that specialise in NSW and SA (I am WA based).

I have a couple of IP's that I researched and purchased myself, but I am a little time poor at the moment so I am contemplating getting a bit of help. I have a few areas in each state I have earmarked but I would like to have a chat with a few agents about their services.

Any recommendations would be most appreciated.

THe vast majority of BA's, would not operate in an entire state-wide basis. Even in Sydney, you'll get BAs that specialise in only one or two specific areas.

Both Jacque and I are members of www.rebaa.com.au and if you go to that site you'll find other BAs in other states that subscribe to the same Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Regarding Elizabeth, I don't know anyone there but one of our SA members will be able to help. Otherwise there are a few on google

I would also advise AGAINST investing in Elizabeth as its not very nice area.

Yes, that's right....just like North Frankston BUT both of these areas have performed very well in terms of CG.

So BEWARE investing in areas just because you feel they are nice areas, as you will overlook some great investments that are in 'not nice areas'.

Why is that?
Do you think it had its capital gains or is it other reasons?

We personally find that the tenant demographic is a bit better in the Southern areas for the same priced property.

Properties also sell better in Southern areas (just the experience of our office) so the capital is more preserved.
