Where was this Jacque, if you don't mind me asking? As you know, I have a bit of a vested interest in the Northern Beaches...

I have a very good relationship with an REA who specialises in the Northern Beaches, Julie Dosen out of LJH Collaroy. Couldn't speak more highly of her, if you wanted to give her a call and just discuss the market. Her work ethic is amazing and she is the most professional REA I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
