What about buying a unit/ townhouse in Liberty Grove under 450K?

Seems to be close proximity to Rhodes Business Park, Concord west train station, good schools and concord hospital?

How is this area going to be in 2 years time?

Pls gimme ur thoughts on this, whether to go for buying an IP sooner?
Is it worth buying in this suburb?
