Can anyone recommend a good accountant in Adelaide who is:

1. knowledgeable regarding property & share investment
2. consults on investment structures and financial planning
3. is receptive to moderate to high risk investments
4. support MYOB data files

Hi Corsa

That lets my Accountant out of the mix.

I would also stay away from my ex tenants as well

Trust set up and Accounting for it will be done in Melbourne for me.

Hi Corsa. Don't know where you are placed in Adelaide, but I use Pauline R Murray at Gawler. Very knowledgeable in the Real Estate field but I don't know about the other attributes! Give her a ring.
