That might depend on who owns the land. If HWD owns it, then there could well be an appreciating assets.

Yes of course I am assuming I own the land. The land is an appreciating asset, increasing in value over time. The caravan is a depreciating asset like a house, shed etc...

Actually I was thinking more for holiday rental, so I guess getting council approval may perhaps be a bit easier for that purpose ??? OR not ?
