Hi experts,
Is anyone know what's is main difference in property market between Australia and Canada ? is it simliar to US ? thanks.

There are rules for foreign ownership.
Take a look at Revenue Canada for tax implications.

If you look at "our properties" you can view the RTA for each province.

If you are going to rely on a PM to look after your properties...
You had better know the rules better than them, and that goes for anywhere, or any country you decide to invest in.
