Hi KrisK,

We used InspectIt several times and was quite happy with the result. They have an office in Pyrmont, but you could order via website / phone as well. Here is their website: http://www.inspectit.com.au/.

PS: I'm not related to them in any shape or form. And please make your own enquiries before deciding on an inspector.

If you're a lazyass tightwad, you occasionally hit houses where previous contracts have fallen through, but they've done an inspection on the place and it is available to look at. Especially in a slow market.
