So the property settlement is expected during school holiday early next year.


What strategy do you equip yourself with to ensure that the property immediately advertised as early as settlement date.

Yes.......We are doing this right now - 30 day settlement on 13th Dec

I would also offer a 14-months lease instead of 12 months, just in case if the tenant is moving out during x'mas period next year, it will give you a hard time to find replacement.
