commerical rate: what are you paying?

i know the world of commerical loan finance has many variables but curious what others are paying. i'm currently paying 6.9% for my commercial loan and wondering whether its reasonable. my balance is $270k and leverage about 30%

You can pay low 6s with ING's product, assuming you qualify. Fixed rates are sub-6 now too.
