I have a large site in Frankston with an existing renovated house. I can keep it and build 2 single storey THs /villas, 3 bedrooms each, to the rear.
I am clear about selling price, town planning price, legals, etc.
Not so much construction cost, including concrete driveway, landscaping, electr. sewer work for the additional villas, builder margin, etc.
How much should I allow for the whole construction stage, including GST, so I can assess if it feasible for me to go through the whole process or not?
Each townhouse will be 115-120m2 plus single-double garage
