Contract on New IP

Greetings All, just placed a contract on a 4/2/2 property in Caloundra, Sunshine Coast (see attached link) . Have a quick look and tell me what you think.

There's still a reasonable amount of property to be found there for < $500k and the yields are > 5% which would suit investors of different goals (yield / CG / renno / short term / long term B&H). Worth a look for those interested in SE QLD.
