Can anyone recommend a conveyancer on the Central Coast NSW or in Sydney ?

What is the normal cost for conveyancing? I've been offered a service at $1300, is that too much?

Seems about spot on, can you advise if that includes building/pest etc?

I payed approx 1500 (that had a few reports included apart from the standard). I had a meeting with the conveyancing agent and she explained to me the "need to knows" about the property what i can and can't do eg zoning.

But yeah it is good to check if they have the runs on the board so to speak, i was talking to my tax agent about who i used and she got burnt by the same people, but i had a trouble free experience
