So i decided to start development on a property i got last year, unfortunately, driveway is 2.8m only so need to get rid of garage and the roof directly on garage.
Was wondering if anyonecan advise how much roughly i am looking at for this.
Also, to anyone who has build in wilson, how much are typical site costs for you, i think wilson mostly has sandy soil. Am going for survey strata on r30 zoning. Sewer line line runs back of property and 600mm setback allocated.
I got building costs already for 3x2 , just anxious how much to expect for site cost and garage removal while waiting for engineers report.
