"Costing up a renovation incorrectly can be a major problem when carrying out due-diligence on a renovating-for-profit property deal.
When I say 'costing up', I'm talking about predicting the overall cost of your renovation up front in order to ascertain whether it is possible and likely that you will make a profit on the project.
Costing up your renovation is not a time for guessing games. It's a matter of make money or lose money, really. So if it's important to you not to lose money - or at least make as much money as possible from your efforts, then an accurate up front costing on a potential renovation project, is vital."
